REGRAS

When using MINGLE, you should:

• Have a positive attitude! We’re a community which includes several kinds of people that might have different ideias than yours, and we all have the right to feel good in MINGLE. So, try to be tolerant and respectful of others.
  

• Respect other’s copyrights by not stealing other MINGLER’s photos and showing them as your own. You can upload photos and also drawings, graphics and all kinds of images you’ve created ans think should be at MINGLE’s Post.

When using MINGLE, you shouldn’t:

• Upload someone else’s photos, or any kind of material you’ve taken from the Internet.

• Upload photos containing explicit nudity, pornography or images of sexual intercourse.

• Upload illegal contents, or use MINGLE for illegal purposes.

• Be unkind to other MINGLERS, nor use foul or inappropriate language.
  

MINGLE is a place for you to have un and feel good, so you shouldn’t threaten, bother, frighten, intimidate or mistreat other members.

• Harass, stalk or mistreat anyone, specially minors.

• Choosing a nickname or posting inadequate information of political, racist, offensive or false content.

• Use other users’ data for commercial or non-commercial purposes, dates or any other communication form without checking with the MINGLE team.

• Use MINGLE for spamming, mailing lists, chain letters, junk mail or any other kind of abusive communication.

• Upload or insert links that lead to computer-damaging software, or to viruses that limit or destroy the good functioning of the MINGLE’s users or server computers.

• Use MINGLE’s name, logo, images, photos, or any other excusive MINGLE material.

In case you do any of the things previously described, we’ll either send you a warning message or, unfortunately, close your MINGLE account..

You should also know that you may find some contents that might be offensive to you. If you feel offended or unconfortable with any vontent, you should: 

1. If you see your photos or images being used by other people, do not despair. It was problably an unintentional mistake. A good thing to do would be to send a message to the user that’s using your image, asking im to remove your photo. If that doesn´t work, you can always resport the images to the MINGLE team, which will solve the situation. There is a ‘report’ button in every MINGLER’s gallery and at MINGLE´s Post.

2. In case you find ontents you think to be inappropriate to be in MINGLE, you can also report them or contact the user who posted those, asking him to remove them.

3. You might feel tempted to expose these situations at MINGLE’s general forum for the whole community to kow about it, but the best thing to do is always trying to solve the problem with the MINGLER first. Don´t forget it might just be a misunderstanding.

All MINGLERS are responsible for the messages they send to the Post, for their comments and private messages, for the images displayed on their Gallery and at the Post and for any other form of communication used in MINGLE.

In case you break the rules of use, you may receive a warning message from MINGLE, be suspended or banned from MINGLE. You are responsible for your actions. In case the MINGLE team finds inappropriate content in the site, it may delete or change it.

REGISTRATION DATA/ PRIVACY POLICY

When signing up for MINGLE, you’ll provide us with the following data: Nickname, Password and Email. You may complete your profile with further info about yourself and your preferences.

This info won’t be given out to anyone, though some of it may be seen by other users of the site. The only exception will be in case of cooperation in legal or police affairs.

Your access data are personal and should be used only by you.

CONTENT USE AND MODIFICATION

Everytime a MINGLERS info ir incorrect or contains data considered as offensive by MINGLE, the MINGLE team will correct the information as to become appropriate for MINGLE.

The written contents on the site are MINGLE’s property and are not to be used by other people, organizations or institutions without previous consent of the team.
Thus, MINGLE protects its MINGLERS from abusive use of its contents.

MINGLE reserves itself the right the right to include third parties in the site with their consent and according to their terms. MINGLE also reserves itself the right of suspending any partnership with third parties, if we think it to be necessary.

RESPONSABILIZATION / FURTHER INFO

MINGLE can not garantee the veracity of all the info on the site, nor take responsibility for direct or indirect damage or loss caused by ideas or information stated, suggested or referred to on the site. Every MINGLER is responsible for the contents he posts.

When using MINGLE, errors, security problems or service interruptions unrelated with MINGLE may occur. Direct or indirect damage that may come as a consequence of the use, and make MINGLE’s normal functioning impossible or difficult, are not a responsibility of MINGLE.

MINGLE can’t be held as responsible for any erased content or lost information.

MINGLE can’t be held as responsible for any contents associated with the site.

MINGLERS can’t be held responsible for any subject related to the use of MINGLE.

NON-ABIDANCE OF THE RULES OF USE

For the good functioning of MINGLE, part or all of the following measures will be taken, in case any of the rules is broken: 

• Sending of an alert message specifying the broken rules and containing tips to solve the situation;

• Elimination or correction of the incorrect content;

• Suspension of the MINGLER for a given period of time, according to the infraction;

• Cancelling of the user’s account;

We don´t want these rules to be a hindrance to the use of MINGLE, we define them only so that everyone can have a good time!
